Health Minister Christine Elliott says 28 of 34 public health units have five or fewer infections.

Fifteen of those reported no new cases.

Many areas of the province began easing restrictions on Friday.

Among other things, the Stage 3 phase allows indoor restaurant dining, and gyms and movie theatres to reopen.
