YOUNG, Anita Marie (nee MacDonnell)

Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the age of 72. Born in Inverness Nova Scotia on October 6, 1943. Anita is survived by her loving husband Gordon. Lovingly remembered by her children Della (Mike), Brenda (Al) and Gordon (Marci). Grandmother of Tyler, Stephen, Robin, Katie, Amy and Shae. Great grandmother of Alexis. Sister of Gerry, Jackie (Port Hood N.S.), Martin (N.S.), Tina (Glencoe STN N.S.), Kathleen, Sharron (Windsor, On) and Colin (Baddeck N.S.). Daughter of the late Archie and Marcella MacDonnell. A private family service followed by cremation will be taking place. Memorial Mass on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at St. Gerard Majella (211 Pentagon) at 11:00am with Father Francis Ezenezi officiating. A private inurnment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Columbarium. The family would like to thank Paramed and WeCare nursing staff.
