WRIGHT, Marlene

(March 5, 1949 - May 8, 2019) - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 8, 2019 at the Sault Area Hospital.  

Beloved mom and best friend to Kevin Whitfield (Sara), Rebecca Whitfield (David McCaig) and Jennifer Lorch (Jeff) of Regina. Cherished grandma to Selena, Tyson, Trentyn, Schae, Brook, Kati, Brendan and Michael. Daughter of the late Harvey and Phyllis Wright. Sister to Shelley Wright (Leo Mathieu) and the late Dave and Terry Wright. Adoring aunt to Russell Wright (Stephanie), Melissa Wright (Jeff Haricus) and 3 great nieces. Pet mama to Gizmo. Marlene will be missed by many cousins and extended family including dear friends Mike, Donna and Rochelle. In respecting Marlene's wishes no services will be held. Sincere thanks to SAH Renal Unit nurses and staff, Emergency Department and the wonderful, caring nurses on 3C. Memorial contributions (payable by cheque) to the SAH Renal Dialysis Unit or the SSM Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
