Passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 with the love of her family surrounding her. Precious daughter of Chris and Katriina Wood. Cherished sister of Isabel (3) and Avaline (2). Granddaughter of Gary and Anne Wood and Tuomo and Ruth Vuohijoki. Will be deeply missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
