Left us suddenly on Thursday, July 21, 2005 at the age of 77 years to join his son Richard and daughter Debra. Loving husband of Marie of 51 years. Cherished father of Connie Waugh (Reade Passmore) and Rhondalee Eder (Peter). Special Grandpa of Matthew and Grace-Marie. He will be greatly missed by his brother, sisters and his many nieces, nephews and friends. John faithfully served the community for 30 years as a Peace Officer for the R.C.M.P. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, July 25, 2005 from 1 pm until the time of the service in the chapel at 3 pm. Rev. Phil Miller officiating. Interment Wiarton, ON. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
