WATSON, William (Bill)

Peacefully at the General Hospital on Tuesday, July 26, 2005 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Helen Watson for over 48 years. Loving father of William Jay (Sandra), Laura Coccimiglio (John), Joe (Lucy), Steve (Lisa) and Suzanne Carter (Will). Predeceased by his parents Merrill and Pearl Watson. Dear brother of Marienne Bowen (Ian Campbell), Pat MacDonald (late Angus), Mary Ellen Kommusaar (Matt) and the late Robert Watson (Joan). Proud grandfather of Vicky and Angela Coccimiglio, Ellen, Aaron and Johnathon Watson, Eva, Alex and Tom Carter, Melanie and Curtis Ruddy and Shawna. Great grandfather of Joshua Ruddy. Remembered fondly by many nieces and nephews. Bill is a very proud lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #25. He served with the R.C.R. during the Korean War. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, July 28, 2005 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday, July 29, 2005 at 3 pm. Rev. Phil Miller officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
