It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Kevin William Ward on Saturday, May 4, 2002 in Penticton, B.C. at the age of 40 years. Beloved husband and very best friend of Sheila. Stepfather of James and step papa of Calla and Sierra. Much loved son of Lois and Earl. Dearest brother of Patti Turco (Fred), Bryan (Kim) both of Sault Ste. Marie and Doug (Paula) of Red Deer, Alberta. Uncle of Gregg and Sheri Turco, Amanda and Spencer Ward, little Stevie Ward and step uncle of Tanner, Brayley & Madison. Also left to mourn are his aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives and many friends in the West. A service was held in Penticton and part of his ashes were returned home where a private family service was held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, May 15 with interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. So until we meet again, may God keep you forever in the hollow of his hands.
