Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, with her family by her side on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Patrick Wanet. Loving mother of Brenda Wanet (Jeff Schoenbach) and Paul Wanet. Proud 2nd ma of Brenda Hanes, proud grandma of Tyson Hanes and great grandma of Aubrey Hanes. Predeceased by her parents Anselm and Hilda Tammela and by her sisters Aili Tammela and Taimi Jurich (late George). Special auntie to Vicki (Vince), Jenna and Ryan. Cherished sister in law of the late Jack Wanat (late Stella), the late Mary Wettlaufer, the late Florence Shevlin (late John) and the late Jenny Mullins (late Gordon). Sylvia will be sadly missed by Helen Bizley (Reg) and by many nieces, nephews and lifetime friends.
