Passed away suddenly with her family by her side at Blind River District Health Centre on March 4
th. Jackie Walsh, in her 61st year, beloved wife and best friend of Randy Walsh for 39 years. Loving mother of Alison Walsh (Ernie) and Crystal Walsh (Jamie). Special Grandma to Emily, Cindy, Cole, Lucas & Kadence. Dear daughter of the late Alvin Greer and Joan Phillips (Greer). Dear sister of Brenda Creor (Wayne), Judy Degagne (Dale), Kenny Greer, Dennis Greer, Charlie Greer and sister-in-law to Marie Walsh, Don Walsh (Connie), Joan Crick (Bob) and the late Ted Walsh. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Thessalon she resided and raised her family in Iron Bridge since 1973. Jackie was most known for her exquisite crafts and seamstress work. Her handmade items reach as far as England and from Victoria, BC all the way to Windsor, Ontario. A very special thank you to the nursing staff that went above and beyond and Dr. Shamas, Dr. Naccarato and the Toronto transplant team for all their help and support in her final days.
