Forrest William (Fordy) Varcoe passed away at the Sault Area Hospitals on Thursday, February 28, 2002 after a short illness. Loving husband of Anne. Dear dad of Debbie and Tim King. Grandpa of T.J. and Josh. Special brother of Marilyn Schmidt (late Joe). Son of the late Rowden and Cora. Brother of Hazel Bolduc (late Jule), Kim (late June) and Don (Dorothy). Son-in-law of Florence McNabb. Brother-in-law of Jim McNabb (Barb). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road, 945-7758) on Saturday, March 2 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the funeral and committal service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Earl Burke officiating. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospitals Oncology Unit or to the Soo Thunderbirds hockey team would be appreciated by the family.
