Nicholas Turinski passed away at the Sault Area Hospitals on Tuesday, October 29, 2002 at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of Victoria Turinski and dear father of Anna (Hanya) Cepecawer, Nicholas Adam Turinski and Janina Kielbasa. Father-in-law of Bill (Wasyl) Cepecawer and Rene Kelbasa. Loving grandfather of Nick, Meron and Elizabeth Cepecawer and Luba, Natalia and Victor Kelbasa. Dear bother of Michael Turinski of the Ukraine and Catherine Leniwska of Poland. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday, October 30 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church. Panachyda at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Liturgy on Thursday, October 31 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to the St. Mary's Building Foundation would be appreciated.
