TURCO, Alma (Lake)

September 13, 1950 – January 18, 2014
It is with profound sadness and loving hearts, the family announces the peaceful passing of Alma.  She was the beloved wife and best friend of Vince for 43 years.  Confidante, enthusiastic supporter and proud mom of Stacey Rizzo (Marcel), Nikki Magnan (Ray), and Marty (Kelly).  Fun loving, spoiling and loving Grammy of the joys of her life; Lauren and Alyssa Rizzo, Kendall and Daniel Magnan, Hailey, Katelyn and Finley Turco.  Daughter of the late Edwin and Gertrude Lake.  Beloved youngest sister of Joyce Rains (late Roland), Richard Lake (Sandra), Audrey Greenwood (Roy), Maurice Lake (late Elaine), and late Edwin.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Will be missed by many great friends, especially life-long friends Shirley King and Darlene Nocioli, and her Card Club, and co-workers at Sears.   Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 from 6-9 pm and on Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 11am – 12:30pm.  Celebration of Alma’s life to follow in the chapel at 1pm.  Memorial contributions to SAH Cancer Care Fund or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.  Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.arthurfuneralhome.com
