With his family at his side, Raymond Stafford Tier passed away in the early moments of the morning on Friday, April 4, 2014. Ray will be lovingly remembered by his wife Darlene (Stadnisky), his sons Caleb (Catherine) and Sebastion, grandchildren Aadn and Angel. Son of Gordon and Hilda (Reed) Tier. Brother to Peg (late), Lois, Dave, Paul, Danny and Susan. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. A celebration will be held at the Tier home in Ottawa, Ontario, onWednesday, April 16 from 5 PM onward.
