On Friday, September 9, 2005 in Mississauga, Ontario. Arthur Nelson Taylor passed away of a sudden heart attack, with the comfort of his children nearby. Art is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Mary Ann, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment at the Carlo Fidani Cancer Centre. He will be forever missed by his son, Arthur James; daughter, Nicole Ann (Mal) of Mississauga; and his cherished granddaughter Sophie. Art is also survived by his dear sister Laureen Piazza (Ernest). He was predeceased by his parents Arthur Ernest and Lily Belle Taylor; and his sister Marie Mount (Jack). Art will be greatly missed by his favourite nephew and friend, Perry Piazza; brother-in-law Gary Merling; nephews Kerry Piazza and Jim Mount; and nieces Jodi Piazza and Jana Giovagnoli; as well as many great nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Saturday, September 17, 2005 from 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. His laughter, sense of humour and his dedication to those he loved will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
