Peacefully at the General Hospital on Friday, August 12, 2005 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of the late Gloria. Loving father of Glen Stortini and Elaine Cleminson (Scott). Proud papa of Bryan, Gregg and Jenna Stortini and Andrea, Jeffrey and Taylor Cleminson. Father in law of Suzanne. Brother of the honourable Ray Stortini (Mary Kaye), Mary Paciocco (John) and the late John (Stella of Sault Ste. Marie. Brother in law of Adelia Orazietti, Joe Orazietti (Rita), Bob Orazietti (Paula) and the late Antonette Kovacs (nee Orazietti) (late Zoltan Sr.) and William Orazietti. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Leonard was president of Orazietti Furniture, a long-time member of the Sault Ste. Marie Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow. He was appointed to the Ontario Advisory Board for the Physically Handicapped in 1984, was chairman of the Building Committee for the Marconi Hall and was this years’ recipient of the Anthony I. A. Vannini Award. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, August 15, 2005 from 6-9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Jerome’s Church on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at 10 am. Rev. Hamish Currie officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum.
