Our Dear Enola slipped away peacefully in the early morning of Wednesday, February 22, 2023. She was 91 years old.

Beloved wife and best friend of Andrew Stilin for almost 68 years. Loving mother of Christine Hennessey (Francis), Jim (Mary), Andy (Cheryl) and Marty (Donna). Adored Grandma of Courtney (Chris), Brendan (Steph), Mychal-Anne (Ben), Kellan, Luke (Steph), Lara, Anna, Kirstie, Taylor and Nathan. Great Grandmother of Emmalie, Katelin, Aerin, Nikhil, Leila, Rocco and Emmy.

Enola’s life was filled with her many passions. She loved her many years working at the YMCA. She was a devoted volunteer for her church and a long time member of the Catholic Women’s League. Many hours were spent volunteering at the Canadian Cancer Society. When she was not pursuing her passions, she enjoyed spending time at her beloved camp at Havilland Bay with her husband Andy, family and friends.

Enola’s faith in God was her compass. She was a caring gentle soul and her kindness was unwavering. Over the years she used her many talents and artistry to quietly weave a life of love and peace for her family and many friends. For this we are truly grateful.

Many thanks to the F.J. Davey Home for the compassionate care they provided Enola in her final days.

Friends may visit the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street E. 705-759-2522) on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm.
