Peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, April 1, 2022 at the age of 59. One and only true love and best friend of Hali. The bestest dad of Trevor (Alexandra), Courtney Lesage (Tyler), Christopher (Brooke) and Jeremy (Hailey). The proudest papa of Jarrett, Robbie, Aria, Bensen, Addison and reunited with the late baby Gordy. Loving son of Arlene and the late Arnold Solomon; son-in-law of the late John and Stella Sewell. Brother to Aaron, Maxine (Steve), Jennifer (Ken), Lorne and Tracy; brother-in-law of the late Laureena, Rod, late Marilyn (Andre), Doug (Verna), Albert, late Dave (Leeann), Shelley (Larry) and Wendy. Bestest of friends to Robert Belleau, Jason Zack and Craig Sayers. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by Indianapolis and Callie.

Chris was a proud member of Garden River First Nation where he served as a Councillor for 20 plus years. He was always excited and supportive of hockey or any sport. He could always be found throughout many hockey rinks or fields in the area. Chris lived every day as if it was his last and left an everlasting impression on anyone he met.

Special thank you to Susan and the Nurses of Bayshore for their exceptional care and compassion.
