Passed away gracefully and peacefully at Algoma Residential Community Hospice surrounded by his loving Wife Raymonde ‘Ray’ Soby on Monday, February 10, 2025 at the age of 72.
Son of the late Bill and June Soby. Devoted Dad to Clifford, Christine, Mark and Amanda (Phil). Cherished Grandpa to Jessica (Shawn), Melanie (Marc), Clair (Stephanie), Christopher, Christian and Isabella. Great-grandpa to Axel, Tyson, Tayah and Freya. Forever remembered by his siblings Randy, Rhonda, Lori, Chris, Billy (Mavis), Jody (Bernie) and Jim (Cathy). Brother-in-law to Cecile (late Jerry), Andree, Jeanne (late Allan) and Jo-Ann (Fred). David will be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
As per David’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family Celebration of Life to take place at later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to A.R.C.H. in his memory.
