"I am heartbroken to announce the painful yet peaceful passing of my love and best friend George, at the Sault Area Hospital, on Tuesday, December 29, 2020." Cherished blind date husband of Pauline for 42 years. Loving dad of Shawn Sikorski, Victoria Sikorski, Little Tracey Perry (Austin) and loving stepdad of Tracey Ryyppo (Jason). Proud Dziadek of Sheldon, Breanna, Justin, Jenna, Jaden, Haylee, Noah and Syran. Proud great Dziadek of Gabriel and Xavier. Son of the late Stan and Emilia Sikorski. Dear brother of Mary Byers (late Jim), late John ( Evona), Henry (Ruth) and Halina Peltonen (Timo). George will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. We gratefully  thank the Palliative Care team and also 3C and 3B teams at the Sault Area Hospital. Due to Covid restrictions a private funeral will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street E. 705-759-2522) on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Rev. Trevor Scarfone officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
