April 15, 1940 - April 22, 2022 - We are deeply saddened to announce that Ralph passed away peacefully on Friday, April 22, 2022 at the age of 82, at the Sault Area Hospital with family by his side.
Much loved husband of Iva (nee Cameron) for over 60 years. Loving father to Janice and Robert (Tracey). Proud Grampa to Cody and Amber (Derek). Dear son of the late Jack and Annie (nee Phillips) Shewfelt. Son-in-law of the late Cecil and Pearl (nee Brock) Cameron. Brother of the late Clifford (late Sandra), Milton (late Gerry) and Marlene Reed (Leonard). Brother-in-law of Jim (Elizabeth), Ken (Margaret), Mavis Laskowski (Richard) and Glenna Robinson (Clint). Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to a Come and Go at Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E 705-759-2522) on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 1 pm to 4 pm. Private family graveside service to be held in the spring at Aberdeen Cemetery. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation, Alzheimer's Society, ARCH or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
