John Hobson (Jack) Shaw passed away on Monday, April 29, 2002 at the General Hospital. Husband of Elizabeth (Beth Dawson). Son of the late Minue and Nellie Shaw. Father of Brian of Winnipeg and Sarah Fine (Morty) of Toronto. Stepfather of Jane Coccimiglio (Frank), Stephen Levie (fiancée Allegra), and Linda Levie-Nieman (Larry Nieman). Grandfather of Brenda, John, Miriam, Nyomi, David, Mark, Paolo, Dax and Adam. Great grandfather of 4. He is survived by his sister-in-law Barbara Griffin (Glen). Predeceased by several brothers and sisters-in-law. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home on Saturday, May 4, from 1:00 p.m. until time of the memorial service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Mr. Ken Self officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 25 or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the emergency department and to the nurses on the 6th floor of the General Hospital.
