SHANKS, Robert Allan

Peacefully at the General Hospital on Thursday, December 11, 2003 in his 89th year. Predeceased by his wives Louise (Poulin) in 2002 and Janet (McKinnon) in 1968. Beloved father of Gavin (Gloria) Shanks, Bill (Judy) Shanks, Bernie (Judy) Poulin, Lois (Ron) Lang, Janice (John) Zurawinski, and Kellie Poulin. Proud grandfather of 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, December 15, 2003 at 11 am. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations gratefully accepted to the Canadian Cancer Society or Sault Area Hospital Foundation.
