It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother and Nonna on Sunday, August 13, 2023 in her 89th year surrounded by her family. After 47 years, she is reunited with her much loved husband Luigi Sferrazza.
Cherished mother of Mary Thibeault (Eddie Perri) and Gina Drinkwater (Steve). Devoted Nonna of Melissa and Matthew Thibeault and Andrew (Katrina), Amanda and Samantha Drinkwater. Recent bisnonna of Logan Drinkwater. Predeceased by her parents, Vincenzo and Assunta Pizzari and her brother Generoso Pizzari of Italy, sister Ada Guzzo (late Danielle) and Anna Stumpo (late Frank). Loved sister of Assunta Stumpo (late Pasquale), Giovanni Pizzari (Anna), Marisa Bracci (Gianfranco) and Aldo Pizzari (Rita). Sister-in-law of the late Angelo and Rosetta Sferrazza. Santina will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, especially her dearest friend Teresa (Tony) Vavala.
Family and friends are invited to Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 from 6 pm until 9 pm, and on Thursday, August 17, 2023 for a Funeral Mass to be held at St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church at 11 am.
