Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the age of 88. Louis is now reunited with his dear wife Marion and cherished children Vincent and Judy. Proud grandfather of Matthew and Ryan Dobrianski, Jennifer (Bill) Salvador and Amanda (Ricky) MacAloney. Honourable great grandfather of Tamara Salvador, Kyle Baraluck, Violet MacAloney, Xyla MacAloney, and Dicky MacAloney. Great great grandfather of 2 wonderful grandchildren Colton and Myiah. Loving brother of Luigi, Dorino, Ana Maria and the late Lorenza. Proud uncle of Karin (Darcy), Keith (Kathy), Karl (Marianne) and Ken (Sheila) Chillman.
He was a very strong intelligent, hardworking man. He had many friends and family members who adored him. He will be truly missed and never forgotten. He fought for his life up until God decided to welcome him to his kingdom. Louis will be missed and fondly remembered by many other family members and friends in Canada and Italy.
At Louis' request no services will take place and he will be laid to rest with his family at Pine Grove Cemetery in Thessalon. Memorial contributions (payable by cheque or online) to ARCH would greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank the Paramed nurses for their dedication and care for all his needs while he was at home. A special thanks to the staff at ARCH for making him comfortable and all the friends and family who helped support during the end of his life.
