Suddenly at the General Hospital, surrounded by his family on
Thursday, February 24, 2005; Luigi Rovito at the age of 74 years. Beloved husband
for 50 years to Ada. Loving father of Rosina Sdao (Luigi). Cherished grandfather
of Francesco Sdao and Ippolito Sdao (friend Sheryl McKenzie). Son of the late
Rosina and Pietro Rovito of Italy. Brother of; Mario Rovito (late Eda) of Italy,
Ippolito Rovito (Delia), Franco Rovito (Eda), Vittorio Rovito (Natalina) and
Giovanni Rovito (Mirella) all of Toronto. Son-in-law of the late Domenico and Anna
Spadafora of Italy. Brother-in-law of the late Mario Spadafora (Francesca),
Giuseppe Spadafora (Angela), Vincenzo Spadafora (Ilda), Franco Spadafora (Fiorina)
and Emilia Perna (late Francesco), late Silvio Spadafora (Assunta) and Dora Occhiuto
(Aldo) of Italy. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at
the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Sunday evening
from 6 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Gregory's Church on Monday, February
28, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating. Entombment at Holy
Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospital
Foundation or St. Gregory's Church Fund would be appreciated by the family. Many
