ROSS, Franzis (nee Trebovc)

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice at the age of 86.  Beloved wife of the late John (Jack). Loving mother of Janet and Ian. She was predeceased by her father Franc Terbovc and her mother Marija Terbovc (Tersek) and foster mother Emilija Rozin. Sister of Anton Terbovc. Sister-in-law of Morley Ross (Gwen), Linda Pickering (Bill) and the late Bob Brock (Terry). Franzis was aunt to many nieces and nephews, and a cousin and close friend to many in Canada. She will be profoundly missed by his extended family in Slovenia and her nieces Sonja, Milena, Alenka, Nada and Irena. Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522) on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 10 am until time of service in the chapel at 11 am.  Rev. Phil Miller officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, would appreciate donations to A.R.C.H. or the SAH Cancer Care Fund would be greatly appreciated.
