With heavy hearts, we announce that Karen Marie Robinson passed away peacefully after a very short battle with cancer at the Sault Area Hospital on Friday, October 14th, 2022, just after celebrating her 60th birthday on Tuesday the 11th.

Cherished daughter of the late Joy and Herbert Robinson from Thessalon and formerly from Toronto.

Loved by her siblings, Don Robinson (Bonny), Gail Quinton (Doug), Carol King (Ron), Garry Robinson (Jo-Anne) and Barb Marin (Bert).

Karen was called KK or Auntie to 19 nieces and nephews, as well as an extra special Auntie or KK to 20 great-nieces and nephews.  She was also known as Ms. Karen and Auntie at Grandview School to all of her little kindergarteners.  Kids and family were an important part of her life, especially her young pal Brooke.

She will be missed by her longtime partner in crime and friend Sandy, her favorite cousin Paula and many more friends and relatives in the Mississauga/Toronto, Thessalon and Sault Ste Marie areas.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no service as per her request.

Thank you to the nursing staff on 3C for your compassion during the few days she was there.
