(April 11, 1963 - December 4, 2020) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Ron at his home. Beloved father of Holly McNabb-Robertson (Vergil) of Moosenee. Dear son of Valerie Trainor and the late Grant Robertson. Loving brother of Jimmy Robertson of Ottawa and Brian Robertson of the Sault. Predeceased by his grandparents Elmer and Mona Doan, George Robertson and Dorothy Kunkel. Nephew of the late Robert Doan (Gale), late Sharron Byce (late Alan), late Brenda Doan, Gearld Robertson (Betty) of Bruce Mines, Clarence Robertson, Peter Robertson, Larry Robertson and their families. Cherished cousin of Bill Moreland (Nina) of Windsor, Larry Moreland (Donna) of Madox, Norman Moreland of Alberta, Robert Doan (Debbie) of Thunder Bay, Jason Doan (Katie) of Alberta, Andrea Conroy of Toronto, Norma Robertson and Laurie Robertson. Ron will be fondly misses and remembered by many friends. He is now reunited in Heaven with his very best friend Jimmy Cowans. Ron was a passionate sports fan and loved watching his favourite sports teams. He was a number 1 fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Blue Jays and the Pittsburg Steelers. Ron, his mother and brothers are all big Soo Greyhounds Fans. A Celebration of life for Ron will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions (payable by cheque or online) to the Sault Ste.
