It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father/ grandfather "Bob" at the age of 79. Son of the late Helen and Joe Reid. Son-in-law to the late Mary and Clarence Fitzgerald. He is predeceased by his wife Bonnie Gail Fitzgerald. Loving father of Bobbi-Jo (Kevin) and Rusty. Cherished grandfather to, Cruz (Hailey). Brother to John (Janet), Linda Shaule (Larry) and Brenda Pigeon (Edward). Brother-in-law of Gerry Warmington (late Jim), Noreen McLeod (Neil), Nancy Aiello (late Walter), the late Brian Fitzgerald (Georgina), Tina Ronsu (Martti) and Kelly Fitzgerald (late Alfred Mills). Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Special friend to Jan.
Robert was a kind and gentle man until his last day. He had a passion for riding his motorcycle and always put his family first. His love for animals will always be remembered.
A special thank you goes out to Dr. Jadavji; his sincere compassion, care and empathy will never be forgotten. Thank you also to the nursing staff on 3B.
As per Bob's wishes, due to COVID, a private family service will be held at a later date.
