We are saddened to announce the tragic passing of our precious daughter Hailey-Jade. Treasured daughter of Emily Aubrey and Kenneth Recollet. Adored sister of Eleanor Aubrey, Kenway Recollet and Chelsea Recollet. Cherished granddaughter of Terry and Douglas Aubrey and Edward Snowdon and Victoria Recollet. Fondly remembered by her uncles Kevin, Nimkii, Darren, Kyle and Gabriel as well as her cousins Landon, Claire and Nixon. Hailey-Jade will be deeply missed by her extended family, community and friends.
Hailey had a sassy and fiery spirit and was always smiling. She brightened the world of those around her and could spark the atmosphere with her rambunctious and energetic ways. She truly had a big personality for a little girl.
Although her journey was short Hailey had a zest for life that impacted everyone who knew and loved her. We will forever miss her smile, button nose, laugh, quirkiness and bossy attitude.
The family wishes to thank the OPP and EMS who responded on May 17th. They also want to thank the community for their outpouring of support.
Friends and Family are invited to visit at Menard Funeral Home, 72 Lakeside Avenue, Blind River, Ontario on Monday May 27, 2024, at 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm. A celebration of life will be held at Serpent River First Nation Band Office, 195 Village Road East, Cutler, Ontario on Friday May 31, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
