Cherished Nono to Tyson, Clara, Alessandra, Cade, Gabriela, Elihanna and Rafaella. Welcomed into the loving arms of his father and mother, the late Giovanni and Rachele. Beloved brother to Gino (Rosa), the late Jimmy (late Sandy), Filomena Maione (Frank), Victor (Brenda), Tony (Penny) and Carmen. Adored by his predeceased in-laws, Florenzio and Clara Nicastro, and late brother-in-laws Peter and Fabio Nicastro. Armando will be missed by his aunts, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to all the caring PSW’s of CBI, who had built a special relationship with Armando and the family - they always went above and beyond. We would also like to thank Dr. Jarrett and Dr. Apostle for their extraordinary care. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude toward Manuel Dos Reis and his staff at The Medicine Shoppe. Thank you to the heroic staff of the SAH emergency department, including the paramedics, nurses, Dr. Hockman and Dr. Shamp. We are also grateful to Dr. Bowen, the nurses and the staff on 3B. Teresa and the family appreciate all your care and compassion.
Armando was a true fighter who battled Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) with incredible strength and courage. Despite the challenges he faced, he remained positive, loving and devoted to his family, always putting others first. His kindness, compassion and infectious personality touched the lives of many and his memory will continue to inspire us.
