It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Ida, surrounded by the love of her family, at the Sault Area Hospital on August 12, 2021, at the age of 89.
A private family service will be held. Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Please arrive at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) by 11:25 a.m., park in procession and remain in your vehicle. Once at the cemetery please maintain a safe distance from other guests, masks are mandatory.
Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. A heartfelt thank you to the staff on 3B at the Sault Area Hospital, especially Dr. Fera and Dr. Moore. Thank you to the Great Northern Retirement Home, Ida enjoyed her years spent living there.
