Peacefully at the Yee Hong Centre in Scarborough, Ontario on Saturday, September 12, 2015 in her 84th year. Loving wife of the late Norman Poon. Cherished mother of Wanda Poon (Ken), Elaine Poon (Jim), Julie Poon (Norman), and Bucky Poon. Proud Paw Paw to Michael, Krystal, Samantha, Natalie and Pamela. Dear sister-in-law of Gwen Mah (late Fred). Fay and Norman established the Hong Kong Restaurant many years ago and they spent 24 hours a day together. They worked tirelessly to establish a life for themselves, family and staff. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 6 – 9 pm. Funeral service held from the chapel on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 11 am. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
