Wendy April Poole (nee Taylor) has passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, November 3, 2024, just one month shy of her 62nd Birthday.
Born on December 1, 1962, in Little Current, Ontario to the late Clarence Abotossaway and Elva Taylor. Wendy was known for her quick wit and generous spirit, qualities that undoubtedly made the world a brighter place.
Wendy is survived by her husband Tim. Cherished mother of Stacey, Denise (Rick), and Kyle (Meg). Wendy's legacy of laughter lives on through her adoring grandchildren: Vanessa, Destiny, Tyler, Cameron, Christian, Kynan, Bubba, Matty, Jackson, Max, Meela, and Patrick, as well as her great-grandchildren Ellie and Delilah, who will no doubt inherit her knack for finding the funny in life. Dear sister of Christine, Debbie (Pat), Tim, Connie (Ken), and Mike (Christine). Wendy was the family's go-to for a good story and the aunt with the best jokes at every gathering.

As per Wendy’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services will be held. In her memory, we ask that you perform a random act of kindness to someone in the community.
