It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Patrick Michael Poluck on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the age of 82 with his loving wife and best friend Eleanor "Jody" by his side.
Proud father of Christopher (Denise), Anthony (Julie), and Donna-Day Severini (Sandy). Cherished grandfather of Michael Severini (Judy), Jordan Severini (Lauren), Carly Gribelli (Kyle), Erica McKee (Josh), and Alison Poluck (Riley). Most loved great-grandfather of Devon and Felicity Severini and Violet Gribelli. Cousins Kenny Morrar, Billy Semeniuk and Amelia Deplonty for always being there and reminiscing about the old days making Pat laugh.
We would like to thank the personal PSW's, staff on 3B at the Sault Area Hospital and all of the staff at Algoma Residential Community Hospice for their great care.
At Pat's request there will be no service and cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions payable by cheque or online to A.R.C.H. would be greatly appreciated.
