Peacefully, after graciously facing a courageous journey of challenges, surrounded by her family, it is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Maria at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, November 11_^th, 2013 in her 88_^th year. Daughter of the late Pasquale and Felicetta Corrado of Cicciano, Naples. Survived by her loving husband Vincenzo Pirozzi; deeply loved mother of Antonio Pirozzi (Rosa), and Pasquale Pirozzi (Marion); proud Nonna of Vincent Pirozzi, Joseph Pirozzi (Azure-Dey), Maria Pirozzi, and Stefania Pirozzi; precious great-grandmother of Shane and Dawn. Cherished sister of Anna Flegrei (the late Gino Flegrei), Antonio Corrado (Guiseppina), Felice Corrado (Theresa), the late Guiseppe Corrado, and the late Carmelina Corrado. Dear sister-in-law of Fiore Pirozzi (Gioa), Umberto Pirozzi (Gabriella), Mafalda Pirozzi, the late Emma Dente (Roberto), and the late Antonietta Pirozzi. Special aunt to Eva Lucarelli (Alberto), Guiseppe Corrado (Nadia), and Romeo Corrado. Heaven has received another angel, and we know that you will be watching over us, as not a day will pass without you in our hearts. Until we meet again Nonna, “La Famiglia è per Sempre.”  Friends and family may visit O’Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home & Visitation Center on Friday, November 15_^th 2013 from 6pm-9pm. Funeral service on Saturday, November 16_^th 2013 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church at 11am Rev. Pat Woods officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery following.
