Unexpectedly at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday March 1, 2022, at the age of 82. Loving wife of Wilfred. Mother of Leona (Denis), Frank (Barb), Penny, Paula, Dale, Brenda (Cliff), Norma (Joe) and stepmother of Darlene, Don, Joyce (Dean) and Debbie. Grandmother, great and great great grandmother of many. Survived by her sister Judy and predeceased by her siblings Don, Frank, Sam and Gilbert. Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
As per Irene’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Sault Area Hospital Emergency Department and Dr Schamp for the care given to Irene and her family.
