Passed away at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, April 14, 2004 after a lengthy battle with cancer, at age 77. Loved by his wife Ena and their children, Janis and husband Ray, Guy and wife Cathy, Fred Jr. and Frank and girlfriend Carrie. Loved brother of Margaret Campagna and family, Henry Philp and families, and late brothers Hughie Philp and Jack Jenkins and families. Grandfather of Sheryl, Shawn, Tasha, Jenna and the late Jamie. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all. Friends may call at the Barton and Kiteley Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Saturday, April 17, 2004 from 1-3 pm. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 3 pm. The Very Rev. Garry Dobinson officiating. Memorial contributions to the SAH Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family. Our heart felt thank you to Dr. Walde, nurses and caregivers for their care of our dad. Your tenderness will not be forgotten and will help with our healing at his difficult time.
