PAPINEAU, Clarence

Suddenly at home on Saturday, May 29, 2004 in his 79th year. Loving husband of Elizabeth. Stepfather of Lee Taylor (Catherine), Lin Maurice (Frank), Christine Stoll (Terry), Glen MacIntyre (Delores) and the late Jacqueline Deschenes. Survived by his sister Myrla Daniels and predeceased by his brothers James, Harold, Lorne and Stanley Papineau and sisters Pearl Garland, Viola Mills, Verna Carey, Ruby Dunn, Florence Spurway and Phyllis Frappier. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Clare served as Union President of the Tube Mill in the 1960’s and was a member of the founding Boards of ASCU Community Credit Union and The Group Health Centre. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Thursday, June 4, 2004 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday, June 5, 2004 at 11 am. Rev. Canon Earl Burke officiating. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Prince Township. Memorial donations to the SAH Foundation or the Group Health Centre Trust Fund would be appreciated by the family.
