Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at the Sault Area Hospital on Friday, August 2, 2019 at the age of 73.
Beloved wife of Rene for 53 years. Loving mother of Steve (Sue), Mark (Alicia), Jeremy (Stephen) and Joanne (Keith). Devoted Grandma of Brad, Alicia, Brandon, Austin, Tyler, Emily, Morgan, Jordan and Shayna and Great Grandma of many. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred St. Jacques and Denise Thibodeau (late Leo). Dear sister of Henrietta Schryer (late Ken), Linda Fisher (Ken), Marielle Malkki (John) and the late Giselle Lacelle. Sister-in-law of the late Adelard Jr "Pete" (Noella), late Jerry (late June), late Mary Slumskie (Ray), Pauline Kot (late Frank), Henry (late Barbara) and Roger (Lorraine). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. - 705-759-2522) on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 6 pm to 9 pm. Funeral mass at St. Jerome's Parish (26 Carmel Rd) on Wednesday, August 7 at 10am. Rev. Pat Woods officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation (payable by cheque) to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Clinic.
