Encircled by his family’s love and tears, Giuseppe Naccarato went peacefully into the hands of the Lord on the morning of Friday, June 7, 2019.

Our “preacher,” “tomato fairy,” and “bread maker extraordinaire” - how we will miss his bright smile, endless stories and the unreplicable taste of his culinary creations...especially his gnocchi! Dad/Nono was a man of faith, family and food. He took pride in sharing all the things he loved. We will miss him dearly and keep his memory alive with the traditions he gave us.

Son of the late Carmen and Michelina Naccarato. Much loved Father of Micheline Naccarato (Joanne), Richard Naccarato, Mary Ann Suraci (Michael), Lydia Foster (Ron), and Palma Gervasi (Bruno). Dear brother of late Dominic (late Emma), late Francesco (Fiorina), late Maria, Mario, and the late Quinto. Proud Nono of Joal (Amy), Jessica (Ryan), Aimee (Greg), Nicole (Greg), Erica, Ricky, Angela (Ben) and Victoria(Jake). Special Great Nono to Solomon; Ava, Parker and Niko; Levi and Oliver; and Chloe and Naomi. Loving Uncle to many nieces and nephews in Italy.

Family and friends are invited to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kitely Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522) on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm. Funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm.  Mr. John Maccarone officiating.

Special thanks to the nursing staff and physicians of SAH Emergency, Urology, Surgical & OR departments and the F.J. Davey Home Drift 2 for all their care and compassion. Special thanks go to Brandi Neveau, Leo Charron from Bayshore Home Health, Jennifer Hendry from GHC, Dr. Hirvi, Toni Cicino-Solomon from the Urology clinic, Dave Catling from the Davey Home and his special angel Sonia Blonda.
