Peacefully at home on Thursday, December 16, 2021 with her family by her side at the age of 65.  Loving wife of Sam Murray. Loving mother of Rose, Margaret, Cathy (Dave), Samuel Corbett, Gerry, Fred, Barry and Edith.  Step-mother of Andrew, Shelly, the late Ernest Corbett Jr., Sharolyn, Devon and Robert.  Proud Grandma of 33 and great grandma of 19.  Predeceased by her loving parents Alex and Edith McBain.  Step-daughter of the late Maryann.  Loving sister of the late Ted and William and baby sister Margaret Ann.  She will be missed by her sisters Iona and Kathleen (Bob) and brother Greg.  Sister-in-law of Alex (Linda), late Flora (late Collin), late Bill, Adam, Ed, Shirley (Bill), Gloria (late Larry) and Donna (Walter).  Donna will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends Carla (late Dave) and family.
 
Special thank you to Anthony-Donald, Octavia, Susan, Rose, Vanessa, Hailey, Scotty, Dexter, Oaklee, Aaron, Alijah, Barry, and Lora for all the support and caring in her final days, making her last days cheerful and full of love.  She would have never asked for anything less.  Waiting at the gates of Heaven are her parents and loving son Ernest and her older children's father, Ernest Sr. and Tristan. Thank you to Kim from Bayshore, Dr. Webb, Dr. Berg, Dr. Gieini and all the nurses from Care Partners and 3B at the Sault Area Hospital.  

Friends and family are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. 705-759-2522) on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 11 am to 1 pm (Covid restrictions apply - social distancing and mask wearing are mandatory, capacity is limited).  Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 1 pm (capacity limit 80 people).  Mrs. Helen Smith officiating.  Memorial contributions by cheque or online to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
