July 30th 1987 – September 5th 2020
A truly amazing soul, son, grandson, brother, uncle, and dog owner. His 33 years of life gave hundreds of years of love and comfort to so many he touched and encountered. An advent lover of life, he was a historian, loved guns, and had a vast enthusiasm for all things outdoors and travel. These things however were far outweighed by his love for his family and ours for him. Jesse was the type of person who just wanted to make you laugh or would stop anything he was doing to help out another, including complete strangers on the side of the road. You taught us the greatest lesson of all, to be a better person every day. Your family, your neighbors, your dogs, and all who encountered you will miss you immensely, forever and always. Our lives will never be the same. We love you uncle Jesse. Our forever batman.
The family will be holding a small service at Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522) on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 4:30 pm, and welcome friends and family to stop by to pay respect. The service is limited to 40 people inside, masks required.
After the service the family will be heading back to Jesse’s home in Havilland Shores Drive, Goulais River, ON, for a fire, food, and drinks to toast to Jesse. We ask everyone who has ever talked to or had an experience with Jesse to come and join us and bring a chair. He was a beautiful soul and many have had so many unique experiences with him.
