The Mencucci family would like to announce the sudden passing of their father Franco. He is now reunited with his soulmate Clara.
Franco was always a loving and supportive father to his son Dan (Lisa) and his daughter Angela. Kind and caring nonno of Danilyn, Tyler, and Dione as well as his fur grandbabies, Milo and Diesel. He will be greatly missed by so many relatives and friends here in Sault Ste Marie and back in Fano, Italy.
Frank spent several decades doing drywall around town and was always referred to as "Frank the drywall guy". His spare time was spent at the Marconi Hall, making porketta for the Italian Festival and the days of Porketta bingo.
A special thank you to Dr. Booth, Dr. Jarrett, Lisa Fortier-Mencucci, the nurses & PSW's at PATHWAYS and everyone who helped out with this incredible man.
Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside will be held.
