Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, with her family by her side on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at the age of 77.
Cherished mother of Janet Cote (T.J) and Joanne Matthews (David Bruce). Proud Grandma of Charlotte, Jean-Marc and Matthew. Great Grandmother of Rosie. Daughter of the late John and Helen Rowswell. Dear sister of the late Donald Rowswell. Marilyn will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Marilyn will be greatly missed by Heather and Aria and by many dear friends. Marilyn loved watching hockey especially the Toronto Maple Leafs with her son in law T.J. and was a devoted caregiver and companion to her cat Smokey. Special thanks for the care at the SAH by the ICU, Dr. DiFabio and especially nurses Stephanie and Lauren. There will be a private graveside interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
