October 2, 1962 - February 8, 2025 - Sadly the world lost Mark on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 9:15 p.m he took his last breath after a short but courageous battle with cancer. He passed peacefully surrounded by the love of his close friends and family. He took solace in knowing his lord would be waiting at the gates of heaven for him.

Recently Mark had rekindled his love for the lord and his faith, as well as reunited with his close family and children, which gladdened him. The support at Mark's time of passing from his family, his close friends, and his church family provided him strength and sustained him. He appreciated the support of everyone so very much.

Mark was an avid hiker, cyclist, water enthusiast, snowshoer, and all-around outdoorsman. Mark loved to be surrounded by nature whenever possible. He will be missed by all and his impact on this earth will live on in the hearts of those whose lives he touched with his grace and kindness.

At Mark's request a simple cremation has taken place; whereby he requested no funeral service; a private interment will also take place. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758).

Memorial donations in Mark's honour can be made to ARCH. Thank you to the SAH Cancer Care Team for providing such excellent care. Also, to the staff at ARCH, and his home care team for providing such excellent care in Mark's final days.

God bless you, Mark.
