Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of her family at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the age of 86. Beloved wife and best friend of Joe for 62 years. Cherished mother of Michael (Heather), Stephen, and Joanne Kinnunen (Richard). Proud Grandmother of Taylor. Dear sister of Marcella (late Jack) as well as many previous deceased siblings. Sister-in-law of Josephine Gregorchuk (late Harry). She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Lorraine was very proud of her 35-year career as a nurse. She cherished every moment spent with her family and those memories will continue to be shared and honoured. A private family service was held. Memorial donations to Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. Special thank you to Dr. Booth and Dr. Laviolette as well as the palliative care teams of 3A and 3B at the Sault Area Hospital.
