Peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at the age of 89.
Beloved son of the late Charles and the late Cecile Massicotte. Cherished husband of the late Jo-Anne Massicotte (nee Ksionzek). Dear brother of Laura Kennedy (late Mac), Edmond Massicotte, Helen Massicotte, Irene Shield (late Alex), Raymend Massicotte, Allen Massicotte (Jean), Thomas Massicotte, June Massicotte and predeceased by Florence Procter (late Bill), Elva Poulin (late Grorien), Edward Massicotte, Ernie Massicotte (Henrietta), Deborah Massicotte and Ronnie Massicotte. Brother-in-law of Helen Parente (Ros) and predeceased by Jeanette Lazarovitch (late Stan), Pauline Hermiston and infant child Stella Ksionzek. Loving uncle of Carol McFarlane (late Dwight), Ken Lazarovitch (Anona), Debra Hermiston - Cyr, Randall Hermiston (Carol), Luanne Jakobi (Ed), Denise McKay (Jack) and by many other nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street E. 705-759-2522) on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. with Rev. Michael Omojola officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
