Cosmo Martella passed away at the St. Catharines Hotel Dieu Hospital on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at the age of 44 years. Beloved husband of Carol. Dear father of Zoe and Aiden. Son of Giuseppe and Angela Martella. Dear brother of Maria Perra (Sandro). Son-in-law of the late Henry and Marie Crick of Hamilton. Brother-in-law of Catherine Fox of New York. Nephew of Dominic Martella (Maria) of Sault Ste. Marie and several other aunts and uncles. Also remembered by many cousins. Dear uncle of Luigi, Roberto and Giancarlo Perra. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Sunday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jerome's Church on Monday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Hamish Currie officiating. Entombment at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Martella Children's Trust Fund or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
