It is with great sadness that the family of Aurel announces his peaceful passing at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, December 12, 2022 at the age of 95.
Beloved husband of the late Pauline. Loving father of Diane Cudney and Claude Mantha. Aurel is a very proud grandfather of Scott Cudney (Victoria), late Marc and Alexandra Hoffman (Mark). He was also great grandfather "Pepé" of Lili, Ethan and Jacob Cudney. Aurel is survived by his brother Leo Mantha. Brother of the late Aline Struikas (late Romas) and the late Jackie Levis. Brother-in-law of Georgette Hiller and Suzanne Oak (Ford).
With a few setbacks this passed year, dad was still able to enjoy living in his own home. He watched Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy faithfully. His goal was to have his garden and drive his lawn tractor and he did it.
